The central marketing team is a group within ManageEngine, dedicated to marketing world class enterprise IT solutions, across 190 countries. We are seeking a talented, self-motivated and dedicated marketing associate to join our regional marketing team, and work on innovative marketing campaigns and strategies. The ideal candidate will need to have a data-driven approach and will need to get hands-on to accomplish tasks.
The candidate may have to occasionally accommodate overlapping work hours with Indian time zone (IST).
**Will require a significant amount of traveling – possibly 25% to 45% at times.
Job responsibilities may include, but not limited to, the following:
- Field marketing, events, lead generation, customer engagements, and regional content/campaigns.
- Should have a good understanding of basic GTM strategies and practices.
- Be on the top of relevant technology trends. Update marketing data of your region. Provide business intelligence (should have strong data analyses and number crunching capabilities.).
- Ideate innovative region-specific marketing actions in conjunction with social media marketing, and product marketing teams.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customers better, identify concerns, improve sales conversions and gain insight. Use this to recommend future course of action.
- Work on a customer segmentation and engagement program.
- Identify relevant tradeshows for participation, and ideate on ManageEngine’s own events – from conceptualization, to logistics, and follow-ups.
- Write high-quality, tailor made content for continuous improvement of the ManageEngine website – making use of SEO principles, and analyzing past data.
- Design and implement email marketing campaigns to acquire new customers. Analyze data for continuous improvement of email campaigns.
- Conceptualise effective advertisements with copies to create brand awareness, promote brand loyalty, acquire new leads, and educate potential customers.
- Ideate innovative marketing actions such as direct mailer campaigns, social media campaigns, and drip marketing initiatives.
- Develop content for blogs, thought leadership articles, industry stories – and liaise with the PR team to get it published in the right mediums. Also develop creative infographics, webinars and creative videos.
- Define, report on, and optimize key metrics.
Basic Qualifications:
- Successful candidates will bring some level of direct IT experience
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in sales enablement and regional marketing. Experience in B2B/high-tech products/services preferred
- Proven experience working with industry tools and analytics packages including email, web analytics, and marketing automation platforms
- Proven experience writing high-quality blogs and articles
- Superior oral and written communication skills with an innate attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the online/digital marketing/advertising industry
- At least 2 years of marketing or product management experience in the Internet, software, media and high-tech industries
- Accomplished range of skills from strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution
- Ability to manage time and multiple priorities with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to present ideas to various levels of an organization to explain and gain support for initiatives
- The demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously.
Salary range is $67,000 – $90,000, based on experience.
